CSP Technologies has a global presence, with manufacturing facilities in Auburn, AL and Niederbronn, France. CSP Technologies has 2 primary core competencies: The ability to injection mold containers with moisture-tight seals, and the ability to control the headspace of a package by use of our 3-phase active polymer technology. This active polymer allows for the transfer of gases into and out of a plastic matrix, and enables CSP to provide solutions that can scavenge gases (e.g. moisture, oxygen, odors) or release gases (e.g. anti-microbial agents, carbon dioxide, ...) as required.

You can also find vials with such features as tamper evidency, child resistant/senior friendly designs and compression springs integrated into the tops to protect fragile products, such as effervescent tablets.

CSP Technologies supplies Activ-Vials in two styles, flip-top and screw cap vials. These containers are 2-shot molded. The first shot is desiccant plastic. The desiccant plastic "sleeve" is then inserted into the container cavity and then the outside wall of the container is molded over the desiccant sleeve. As a result of this process, the desiccant sleeve becomes the inside wall of the container and it absorbs any moisture that permeates through the outer plastic wall
Desiccated Screw Top Containers CSP Technologies has developed a line of desiccated screw top containers. These containers are optimal packaging solutions for diagnostic test strips or pharmaceutical products. CSP's proprietary desiccant plastic is molded into the lining of these containers and they can be made to accommodate child resistant or standard caps.
