Foam Plugs as Stoppers Description
The foam plugs are performed for its performance with respect to Health standard , accordingly it is performed over rats called ‘ACUTE SYSTEMIC TOXICITY TEST’. The foam is tested in accordance with a South Africa Bureau of Standards Test – SANS 640 - 2005, which tests for weight, density, ageing and solvent resistance. Foam used is density 18kg/m³. Reusable quality with consistent density and dimension. Additional features: auto clavable, nonabsorbent, and nontoxic. For use with our vials and bottles. The foam is produced in blocks – 3m³. We receive it in this state and from that point on take every precaution to avoid contamination. The cutting blade and board area is washed down with antiseptic.Cut goods are packed into a plastic bag which is then sealed and packed in a cardboard box.Available sizes in round & sqare shapes are are:
