Canisters -Specialized canisters find applications in the medical industry and support rapid automatic insertions and processing. These materials comply with US- FDA-CDR21 standards which allow non toxic handling and storage of food materials. Sorbead India offeres a wide range of customized canisters sizes with fillings of clay, silica gel, molecular sieves and activated carbon which act as desiccants.

Foam Plugs as Bottle stoppers – We offers high quality foam plug products which have a density of 18kg/meter cube. The Foam plugs produced are certified by the South Africa Bureau of Standards in the SANS 640-2005 standard. We receive foam in bulk blocks which are cut and modified as per client requirements. We cut foam using high quality cutting tools which are disinfected constantly with antiseptic solutions to prevent contamination. These are then box packed and air sealed to prevent any outside contamination.

Humidity Indicating Cards & Plugs – Sorbead India has a wide product range of humidity indicators which are manufactured with varying tolerances. We offers consumer grade and MIL spec humidity cards & Plugs which confirm to MIL-8535 specifications. Humidity cards & Plugs have a printed color based moisture level indication which changes depending on the humidity present in the environment around it. Humidity cards & plugs are graduated with a range of 5-60% depending on the application and can be custom printed for various customers.

Pillow and Unit Packs –Sorbead India offers Unit and pillow packs from Desiccare Inc USA of varied sizes which range from 1/6 of an ounch to 80 ounces. Tyvek® and Melfit bags which are US FDA approved with DMF 11871 Type III packing are manufactured to close tolerances. These bags are made from high density polyethylene fibers which are tear resistant. These pillow and unit packs use clay silica gel, molecular sieves or active carbon as a desiccant. Sorbead India distributes these products in 1 gallon and 10 gallon packings with customized packing for specific applications.
